Seller and service
Version asoke-dtv-2026-11-05, effective 5 November 2026. The customer purchases a Destination Thailand Visa or Retirement visa professional-review package from VELORI GROUP COMPANY LIMITED, trading as Asoke Legal. Contact: hello@asokelegal.com. Package price
All checkout amounts are THB. The full package total is THB 30,000 and includes the government visa fee, bank account opening assistance, and 12 months of post-approval support. There is no recurring subscription charge, no automatic charge of the remaining balance, and no required appointment booking.
Pay THB 5,000 now as the initial fee. That amount is fully credited against the THB 30,000 package total if you choose to proceed. The remaining THB 25,000 is requested only by separate choice after you proceed. The same amounts apply to the Destination Thailand Visa package and the Retirement visa package. Neither package guarantees visa approval or bank-account opening.
Initial fee and when work begins
The initial fee is the fixed THB 5,000 total shown at checkout for the initial paid stage.
The initial fee covers professional assessment, initial document review, and written next steps. Once paid, it is a non-refundable service fee for lawyers' time; review work begins after payment and depends on customers providing the material needed for a meaningful assessment. If you later choose to proceed with the full package, the same THB 5,000 remains fully credited toward the THB 30,000 total.
Nothing in these terms asks you to waive non-excludable statutory rights that apply by law simply because you paid. Support handles payment questions or alleged mistakes at hello@asokelegal.com.
Billing information
Stripe hosts checkout, invoices, and the customer billing portal when configured. Asoke stores application/order references, accepted terms version, amounts, and payment status; it does not store full card details. Billing disputes: hello@asokelegal.com.
