Terms and conditions

Last updated 5 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern the Destination Thailand Visa professional-review package offered through this portal by VELORI GROUP COMPANY LIMITED, trading as Asoke Legal ("Asoke Legal", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@asokelegal.com. Version asoke-dtv-2026-11-05, effective 5 November 2026. Related notices: Payment terms and Privacy policy.

2. Package and payments

The Destination Thailand Visa package and the Retirement visa package each total THB 30,000 including the government visa fee. Pay THB 5,000 now — fully credited against that total if you proceed. The remaining THB 25,000 is requested only by separate choice after you proceed. There is no recurring subscription charge and no automatic balance charge. Neither package guarantees visa approval or bank-account opening.

The initial paid stage covers professional assessment, initial document review, and written next steps. The initial fee is the fixed THB 5,000 total shown at checkout.

Full-package benefits include bank account opening assistance and 12 months of post-approval support. The package does not include required appointment booking, does not automatically file with an embassy on payment, and does not guarantee visa approval or bank-account opening.

3. When work begins, refunds, and customer duties

Professional assessment, initial document review, and written next steps begin after payment. Meaningful assessment depends on you providing the material needed for review. There is no appointment-booking stage in this portal.

Once the initial THB 5,000 is paid, it is a non-refundable service fee for lawyers' time. If you later choose to proceed with the full package, that same initial amount remains fully credited toward the THB 30,000 total. These terms do not ask you to waive non-excludable statutory rights that apply by law simply because you paid. Support handles payment questions or alleged mistakes at hello@asokelegal.com.

You must provide accurate information and have authority to share any documents you upload, including documents that relate to other people. Missing files never block the initial THB 5,000 payment, but they can delay assessment. Final evidence requirements are confirmed by the assigned reviewer. The portal never grants automated eligibility approval.

4. Accounts and records

Signed-in customers manage owned applications, documents, receipts, and published review messages only. Internal staff notes are never shown to customers.
